Recently in my English class we've began talking about brands and labels. Brands seem to be really big in today's society and people recognize that. But I think they play an even bigger role in out lives than we think the do. Personally, I didn't think I really cared about brands or that they mattered to me but they actually do in some ways. I think for me, when it comes to being picky about brands, it usually has to do with hair products. I pick my hair products based on how they've worked for me and what ingredients they have. As a writer and someone |
who likes to draw, I actually have a preference on the brand of pencils that I use (Ticonderoga is my favorite!) which almost sounds ridiculous! To me it seems silly to be picky about small things, but of course I have my reasons. We all do! Everyone is picky about something with brands whether it be the type paint you're going to buy or even which kind of winter jacket you'll be getting. I think it's perfectly okay to be picky about brands, as long as it's kept within reason of course.
